Spokane Valley Gutter Service

Brown seamless gutter on a single-story Spokane Valley home

Spokane Valley is its own city with its own housing stock, and the gutter service it needs looks nothing like a job across the line in Spokane proper. The Valley grid from Opportunity through Veradale and out to Greenacres is rambler country: long, low, single-story rooflines from the 60s through the 90s, plus newer construction pushing east toward Liberty Lake.

Those long eaves are what seamless gutter was made for. We form each run in the driveway to the exact length of the eave, so a rambler that would take four or five joined sections of box-store gutter gets one continuous piece with nothing along it to leak.

Gutter Work Around Spokane Valley

The Valley sits on the gravels of the Spokane Valley-Rathdrum Prairie aquifer, so the ground drains faster than most towns we serve. That spares many homes the ponding-yard problems clay country gets, but it puts all the pressure on the roofline: what the gutter fails to catch runs down siding, into window trim, and along foundation walls regardless of how fast the lawn drains.

Weather-wise, the Valley funnels. Wind moves down the corridor between the hills, summer thunderstorms drop short violent bursts of rain that test gutter capacity in minutes, and winter brings the same freeze-thaw cycling as Spokane, with meltwater refreezing overnight in any run that is not pitched clean. Tree cover varies sharply by neighborhood: the older Ponderosa and Dishman areas live up to the pine names, while much of the newer construction toward Greenacres and Liberty Lake sits open.

The most common jobs here are replacing original 60s-through-80s gutters that have quietly aged out, upsizing downspouts on long rambler runs that were built with too few, and guarding the pine-heavy south-side lots.

Alu-Rex Certified Installer badge

On the Valley's pine-shaded streets, Alu‑Rex DoublePro keeps needle mats from ever forming, and on open windy lots the continuous hanger stiffens those long rambler runs end to end. We are the only Alu‑Rex Certified Installer in your region, and the guards carry a lifetime clog-free guarantee.

Spokane Valley Questions

01 How long a gutter run can you do in one piece?

As long as your eave. The machine forms gutter continuously from coil stock in your driveway, so a full-length rambler run goes up as a single piece. On the Valley's long single-story homes that typically eliminates every mid-run joint, which is where old sectional systems leak first.

02 My rambler has only two downspouts on a huge roof. Is that a problem?

Usually, yes. Long runs with too few outlets overflow mid-run in a hard summer thunderstorm even when the gutter is clean. Adding properly placed 3x4 downspouts is one of the cheapest meaningful upgrades a Valley home can get.

03 Do you cover Liberty Lake too?

Yes. Liberty Lake, Greenacres, Trentwood, and everything along the Valley corridor are in our standing service area, run out of the Coeur d'Alene shop just up I-90.
